Walked down to the beach today (did I tell you this place is all built on a very steep hill?) and then had to walk back up to the reasort. Yikes! It was quite a climb. Saw a very small kangaroo type animal. Maybe some kind of Wallabee?
There are tons of creepy crawlies here, although not as many right now because it's winter. Thank goodness! Ingrid saw a huge spider in the washrooms. I think she said it was a 'Huntsman'? Yikes and double yikes!
We have to stay in one of the rainforest huts tonight. They are just a large canvas canopy covering 4 walls made of window screens. Bed in the middle. Nothing else. 'The Shed'.
