Arrived in the city yesterday evening with the rain and all. The weather is gradually changing as i get closer to Alaska and its not to the better. The train ride here was awesome. It was a grueling 20 hours, but the scenery was well worth every minute. The trip offered mountains, rivers/streams, lakes, snow caps, pine forests, sawmills, and much more. The Northwest Hostel (currently resting at) is located to virtually everything. Tonight will be my second and final night in the hostel. My plans are to post up in a remote campground in the area, but things are not finalize. Well, its time to see the sites. First stop, Burnside Skatepart......definitely number one on the list.

The pics are the train ride to Portland and a "Wizard Stick Park" in the bay area. This party was definitely a first for me, so i just had to post them. Sorry....mom.
