We are on our way to Bolivia...but first, we spend a half-day in Arequipa then take the afernoon bus to Puno on Lake Titicaca. We arrive late at night and check into a crappy hotel near the bus station.
August 6:
We visit Puno¨s vibrant markets and spend another night in town
August 7:
We take the 6:30am bus to Copacabana, on the Bolivian side. After passing immigration, we arrive in Copacabana where a 7-day Feria is going on. We visit the bustling town and head for Calvary Hill (Chemin du Calvere) with tons of other pilgrims.
