With nothing much too see in or around Hampi we headed back to Bombay to catch their once monthly hash

This was to be held in a hill  station southeast of  Bombay .We got to town a day early after a blissful diazapam laden overnight bus and met up with Chirag, a local hasher catching the train to the mountains that afternoon too

One thing about riding Indian trains in the late afternoon...all of India comes out to poo!  I'm  serious about this  in no time at all you are counting squatters in the double digits often grouped together to watch the world, as it were, go by.   The train stopped 5km below our hotel for the night and we walked the rest of the way  (thank God for the rolly bag)   After checking in, we strolled the town, choked down 5 Haywood's 5000, and quickly became the main attraction in town, thanks to our glow in the dark Frisbee!

Back at the hostel, we karaoked the night away with an assortment of hashers from four or five different countries

Next morning we were just told to head down to the hash with our bags, so we did    ALL THE WAY DOWN     nobody bothered to tell us the hash started 5km away at the bottom of the hill...    Once down there the trail led back up the hill--then back down the hill--to the beer!!   Ice cold beer and debauchery ensued, that was followed by a hitched ride back to Bombay, bumpin ABBA the whole way.  We ended up at at a local bar before being dropped off  in Colaba after a long, exhausting day...pretty much standard for Hashers.
