the fact that they upgraded me to first class from paris to cz, but i didn't know it until half hour before boarding. so i could have been sleeping and eating in a swanky lounge instead sitting in the smallest, crowded, dive of an airport i've ever seen! there was nowhere to sit, let alone sleep!
