So Osaka was excellent, what i mean by right time, right place is that while reading my guide book i found that there was a festival(Tenjin Matsuri) it is one of the many summer festivals they hold in Japan. this was the 3rd biggest in Japan, lucky me

The Festival
The Festival was was excellent i did go to early as i was there well before the huge crowd turned up. the atmosphere was electric. The festival celebrates i think as this is what i was told, they carry out this festival as a pray er for a good harvest to one of there gods in the sky, if i any1 reads this and i am wrong let me know. In the festival there were many groups of people carrying portable shrines and start jumping up and up and down and chanting these songs. It looked so tiring as they were sweating buckets and looks like they were suffering especially in over 30 degrees heat. i was suppose to see the fireworks but i was in the wrong place as the guy told me the wrong place,  I should of followed the rest of the japeneese but me being me i thought i was right, dumb arse

Osaka Castle

i went to the castle the next day it was pretty interesting  to read about the battles that went on. it was an impressive looking build ing and you got a good view of the city on the top floor

Hostels

The first hostel was a pain as you could only have a shower between 3-6pm, stupid or you had to go to another hotel and in that heat once you get back you feel like you need another one straight away
The second hostel, sumopakers was cool every1 scribbles on the wall to leave parting messages there were some interesting things to read. I went out with a couple of people that night we ended on the outskirts of namba and that was wrong place to be, well it is difficult to know which train station exit to take when there are 30. we ended up at a bar where a guy taught us how to brew saki, not intersting. We almost missed the last train home and also got lost getting back from the sation but i had a compass and found our way back, yeah right

Pictures will come later hopefully
