Where I stayed
Hey so a few crap things happen in Tokyo, my camera, watch and shot glass broke but i still had a good time exploring. It s so hot in Japan, the humidity is incredible you come out of the hostel and it hits you like a brick wall. Japan is bigger then i thought and i should have definetley come longer, i dont have enough time to do what i want so i am rushing doing what i can.For fellw backpavckers if you read this make sure you get the JR rail pass so worth it, i dont have it and it would have saved me so much time, but you haveto get it begore you get to Japan you cant get it here
Tokyo
Tokyo is a huge city with enormous skyscrapers, it is a cool city and the people are so nice, so helpful. I got lost once and a guy walked me to where i had to be and it was a 15 minute walk!. I went to the biggest temple(forgotten the name) in tokyo which was cool. I also went to the imperial palace but for sone reason you couldnt get in so i didnt hget to see the gardens
Hakone Yumoto
I was planning to climb Mt Fuji but didnt have the equipment and so decided to go here as you can get a view of it, unfortunately it was clouded over so that was annoying. However Hakone is beautiful, it is surrounded by mountains and you get a cool view of them, on the boat on Lake Asahi. Unfortunatley but my camera and watch broke that day but i did get some pictures first, so i was lucky. I replaced the camera which was painful as it bites into my budget. I also got the watch sorted out at a Casio technicians for free which was good
Hostel
The hostel was cool back to normal compared to Estonia but the people were cool, it was more laid back people then partying. I didnt really get to check the nightlife as i had to sort out what i needed to do in Japan which i should have planned better and would have then come for longer.
i know this short but i ahve no time so update you in Osaka

Simon on hols for 2 weeks! Just like you, he has gone off to distant, exciting and far off lands - Manchester and Cornwall! So Sarah and I thought we may tell everyone there's no need to come into work on Monday! Linda and Esther off too - so no one to keep us in control.
Tokyo looks amazing, it makes me want to go. Can't wait to read more. We are missing you.
Summers here at last in England - well just for a few days - we finally got some sun, but as usual - looks like rain for the week end - great. Don't you worry about us - and enjoy every minute.
