Arriving back to Bangkok to meet up with Julie I head to the ugliest tourist trap I've seen, Khao San Road to find the hotel where we will meet. After showering off the hot sticky weather and the filth from the long bus ride I head out to watch the Royal Wedding with some friends. Getting my Pad Thai dinner and Manoa soda I relax and watch the vows and part of the parade before walking around and seeing the Queen of Thailand being escorted to her vechicles outside of the nearby Wat. She waved as we all stared at her in amazement of the entourage that surrounded her.
Julie and I set up our bus to head south to Koh Tao island and celebrate over more delicious fruit and Thai food.
