TRAVEL TALK: We sailed from BA with Buquebus which combines Ferry to Montivideo, then transfer at the wharf to a bus to Punta Del Este. It was all very smooth and convenient. Once in Punta Del Este we were able to put our luggage into storage at the bus terminal to allow us the freedom to wander about town.
The bus trip from Punta Del Este to Montivideo was with COPSA bus and quite acceptable.
