Early start this morning. Left Colorado Springs at 4am and am now working my way through Kansas. Not much out here on the 70. Alot of open plains and cool air.

Riding north east on the 24 out of Colorado Spings I watched the sun start to come up. Once on the 70 and heading east I did see the most amazing sun rise. After a couple of hours of riding I was happy for it to warm up a bit.

Pulled off the freeway to grab a muffin and a large iced coffee from starbucks.

I think I have another 500 miles to go today before reaching Fayette Mo. Hope to get there around dinner time!!
