Guru Purb, celebrating the birth of Guru Gobind Singh Ji
After shooting off to Jalandhar yesterday I thought it was best to stick around Pind today and join in the celebrations. In the morning we did the whole going to the Gurdwara thing, after the path had finished we had langer and came home. The whole pind was there today, I didn't realise soooo many people lived here. Because we are located on the main road outside the Pind we never really go into the pind that much. Had a good laugh with the local freshies, I wish I had taken the camera now!
I spent most of the afternoon catching up with travelogues and trying to sort out stuff for the trip to Delhi, managed to get onto the net and get some details of hotels and that. Really looking forward to go, I spoke to the girls today they are very exited about the whole thing. I think the Taj Mahal will be the highlight of the trip.
