Before I begin to tell you about Rome, there are 2 things that I have to say:
1. Somewhere between Florence and Rome, I have been savagely attacked by killer bugs here. I am guessing they are mosquitoes, but regardless, my legs and arms are eaten up. Its pretty annoying but at least I had packed the anti histamine cream.
2. I think I may have been misleading when saying we are staying in a cabin. Actually, it is a trailer or mobile home. I guess its like living in Auburn, haha. The campground is great though. Reminds me of old childhood vacations with the bathhouses, walking paths, and just general feel of the place...lots of fun

Well, last night while we were washing clothes, we made friends with a South Korean couple. They were very nice and even gave us an apple.

Today we hit the city hard. We saw the Trevi Fountain, the Forum, and best of all the Colisseum. It was so great. The views were amazing. I really enjoyed seeing this ancient wonder. We were so tired from todays sight seeing. Food has not been grat today. i tired seafood spaghetti but it was mad with so many random things...including fish parts, mussels, and a tentacle....I didnt eat much. I did have some prosecco at lunch that was really good. Wish I had more to say today but I am being rushed by some people. Look at the pics though. Tomorrow is the Vatican. Roll Tide!
