Forget about a white Christmas. This is the life; warm and sunny with palm trees swaying in the breeze. We started the day with a quick drive around Coronado Island, where the truly wealthy vacation, and luckily found a small coffee stand open. Coronado is beautiful and have to merit a longer look later in our trip.

San Diego Harbor area and enjoying at the only open restaurant we could find downtown, the slightly dirty but very tasty Kansas City Barbeque. San Diego is the place to be; especially sinceit was a very chilly Tennessee where the thermometer was at fifteen degrees.
