Some 33 mainland tourists were denied entry to Macau from Hong Kong on Monday under a tightened visa policy requiring mainlanders to obtain a separate travel permit. The tourism industry estimates that the policy change could reduce the number of mainlanders joining package tours to Hong Kong and Macau by 10 percent. HONG KONG ECONOMIC JOURNAL
