A family holiday took us to London this year.We first booked our stay at the Citadines Trafalgar Square but after one night found the accommodation unsuitable for the family....the hazards of booking online and a case of a picture telling a wrong story.Photos on the website misleading.The apartments are horribly overpriced and of poor standard.

After one night stay we abandoned the place and moved to the much better Ascott at Mayfair.Cost a bit more but is the standard we used to when we travel abroad.

By the way, Citadines and Ascott are in the same group, obviously with different star rating. 

Booking online is a gamble.The gist of the story,stay with the brand you know.
