This was a classic quote from TIf. The scary part: she uttered these words to me while we were riding BIKES along the crazy, chaotic, chinese streets! I just laughed at the sheer absurdity of the situation. I do have to say, I love riding bikes and doing it in China is amazing! Its like a video game and puts all your skills to the test. I was in my element during the ride! I will include some videos to depict just what the conditions were like. And in TIff's defense...it's rough!
So, lets see...where are we...Charles and i visited one of the parks here in Zhenjiang and had an amazing experience. We visited a working Buddhist monastery. I felt the healing powers as soon as I saw the giant, golden, smiling Buddha. It was transformative!
We took a lovely trip to Suzhou. This town is classic China. The narrow canal streets, gorgeous gardens and hectic lifestyle. We stayed at a beautiful hostel for an added touch.
