Where I stayed
The first place we went today was Bridalveil Falls which was about a 20 minute round walk. However, they're pretty dry at this time of year. We then drove for around an hour to Mariposa Grove where we walked to the "Grizzly Giant" Sequoia tree. Lastly we drove back to the visitor centre where we got the bus to Mirror Lake where we did another walk. The lake is empty at this time of year and we could walk where the water usually is. The lake is in a mountain lion habitat and there were signs saying that if you get attacked you have to fight back!
Unfortunately we didn’t see any bears at Yosemite; however, we did see squirrels, woodpeckers and deer.
It’s been freezing today and really windy.
