Today we are heading off to the Grand Canyon.  It is a four hour drive from Phoenix to Tusayan where the Grand Canyon is.  This time Julie decided that she was going to drive for a little while this is a different experience and I only drove for 2 hours then after we had lunch which we just picked up a chicken and some bread and made sandwiches at a rest stop along the highway.  When we arrived we checked into our hotel organised a pass for the Grand Canyon National park and went to our room to rest for a little while. 

After we had rested we decided to head out to the Grand Canyon to watch the Sunset oover the Canyon.  This was truely an amazing experience although it was a little bit overcast and the sun was a bit shielded by the clouds.  Checking out the photos as words do not describe.

After this we headed to a steakhouse in town for dinner.  Haydn had a house beer called rattlesnake.  The meals are still really huge and we are getting the hang of tipping however at this steakhouse they added it to the bill.  The guy who serve us had already made between $150-$200 tonight..  Meals were great but Lisey wasn't feeling well think it is from all the fried food that you can only get in most places.
