Waking up in the Grand Teton mountains is not a bad thing at all. By the time we rolled out of bed around 8:00, the tent was warming to almost uncomfortable levels and we had a quick breakfast and hit the road. We had a 5 and a bit hour drive to complete today and the first part of it was rolling South out of the Grand Teton National Park. This was a most pleasant drive, but despite another attempt at Otter Oxbow, we had no luck, and basically drove until 1pm when we stopped for a Picnic Lunch in the Bridger National Forest. Then it was once more back in the car for the second tilt at getting to the Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area and our campsite. We filled up on petrol and spent an hour and a half in McDonalds working on emails, reservations, blog and other some such. We rolled into camp around 6pm, to a lovely picnic shelter, green grass to pitch the tent on, and hot working showers!!!! We had dinner and cleaned up for the first time in 3 days.
