Uncle Pete's House

Today Uncle Pete had a full load of appointments and work to do at Montana Equine so off he went in the morning to work and Jess, Tim and the kids spent the day in and around Bozeman catching up on various little jobs and chores. Odie got another oil change, we shopped for wedding clothes for the kids and just puttered around a variety of stores. Eli and Lily have been diligently saving their pocket money and this was a chance for them to do a little shopping. They both bought Lego and then simply wanted to be at home in order to put them together.
We stopped at a local burger joint for a late lunch and then Tim had a supervision session for the lego building with his eyes closed and Jess went back out for some more retail therapy.
We were all excited when Uncle Pete came home as we had decided to go out for some dinner at a cool restaurant called "Over the Tapas". This is a place that serves lots of little plates of food of different flavour combinations. Eli's favourite was the bacon wrapped dates, Lily the chicken kebabs, Jess the fried plantains and Tim the pork belly. We retired for the evening full and contented after the meal and after spending the last part of the evening sitting on the roof and watching/perving downtown Bozeman.
