Peter and I went to REI this past weekend and I loaded up on travel essentials -- a sleeping bag liner, pack towel, poncho, boot insoles, fleece jacket, etc...and even the little things like duct tape! I just love REI and I think we should make proximity to one of their stores the top priority in our moving discussions!
So, the big dilemma....which backpack to take to Peru? I've purchased 2 from REI (one is an Osprey and one is REI brand). Naturally I'll return the one I decide not to use -- I am Martha's daughter after all! Buy, return, buy return, buy, maybe keep. Stay tuned for the outcome of this very gripping drama -- I'm sure you're on the edge of your seat awaiting my decision!
