What a difference a short one hour flight can make! Shortly after arriving I could feel my blood pressure start to return to normal. It is much more laid back here and the people are very friendly!

I was told that the train ride from Colombo to Kandy was not to be missed so I headed into town to catch the train. The ride was stunning, beautiful mountain scenery along the way!
