Left The Nederlands this afternoon for the second time on my trip. Arrived in Dublin, Ireland and had a 2 hr wait for my connecting flight to New York. Long 7 hour haul across the Atlantic and going back in time. Lots of good movies on the plane. Arrived at 7.30pm but took 4 hours to get through customs. It was ridiculous. The hall was packed but they only had 6 operators working. Not a good impression of New York. So have worked out that I have been awake over 24 hours as I was at the hospital in Amsterdam early this morning. Just had a nice shower and about to hit the pillow as I have a 6.30am flight to catch to Chicago in the morning and have to get the 4.30am shuttle bus so better go.
