After leaving Yellowstone about 7 pm, I began looking for a place to stay the night. I stopped in Idaho Falls only to find out all the rooms were booked in the whole town due to the State Fair and Rodeo in Blackfoot. I asked the clerk how far I would have to go to be able to get a room somewhere, he told me I would have to drive about 3 to 4 hours away. I wanted to cry........... it had been a long day and I was tired. I called a friend who was able to get online and find me a room in Pocatello. That was a 45 minute drive which was better then 3 to 4 hours. What a relief !

Loved the pics from Yellowstone. Just beautiful. I told Kevin I really want to go there some day. Thank you for inviting me to your travel log, I really am enjoying it. Too bad you didn't have time to stop by when you went thru WI.
