The most eastern point of my trip is Baucau in Timor Leste. This is the second biggist town of Timor Leste. The town has some old portuguese buildings left, some still in function, others barely on the way of distruction. There is not so much to do. Foreigner living in Timor use Baucau as a weekend trip because of its good hotel Flamboyant and the nice beach. For me it was a nice view inside the live of Timorese people outside of Dili.
The beaches are incredible beautiful, with yellow golden fine sand, shallow waters and no other tourist. This is like Robinson Island, but without being on a desperately small island. Around Baucau is lot of djungle, partly with small villages and some agriculture. But at least lot of original jungle is still left.
The the pictures to follow my way in Baucau.
