A great 4 day trip from Puerto Monte to Puerto Natales.

Day 1 we left Frutillar very early in the morning to arrive into the less than pretty town of Puerto Natales in time to get tickets. It turned out to be very very early as we had 4 hours to kill in town  took ages to leave port, great weather meant walking around town wasn't so bad.  It was strange that such a gorgeous area could have such an average town. Once on board, it was obvious a lot of cattle had just come off the boat (and funnily enough a few were on with us). It was a huge ferry with a lot of space for cars and a medium sized upper area for passengers.  As a predominantly tourist boat that also served as the transport of goods to Patagonia - it was a strange mix of a boat.  We finally left port at 5 in the afternoon after getting onto it around 2pm. Gorgeous trip up the start of the fjords and sunset over the mountains
Day 2 was quite rainy and many people felt sick when we went into the open seas
Day 3 was awesome, great weather and saw the PioXI glacier. After a fun bingo night, we hit an island at 3am. For some moments we thought we had to leave the boat but fortunately it wasn't bad, so stayed on board.
Day 4 we limped through the fjords into port on one engine, sometimes struggling against the currents at times.
