Where I stayed
Winding Hills Park
On the exit road of the Chichester campground we had to drive over spikes, shaped like claws. Anyone driving over these while mistakenly using this route to enter the campground would surely have their tires destroyed.
Our first stop was back to Camping World. We had to return the sunshade because it was too small, and we bought another length of water hose. It's an amazing store.
During the drive today, there were leaves swirling around us; fall is not too far away here. All our driving today was on the interstate and we saw some crazy driving. It’s a wonder there aren’t more accidents.
Our stop for the night is at a NY county campground, Winding Hills Park Camping. It’s a beautiful park but there are no sewer and water hookups so we feel like we are roughing it. The rules state that liquor and public demonstrations of affection are prohibited. It should be a quiet night tonight.
We do have TV, and this evenings’ news highlighted the memorials that will be held tomorrow for 9-11. There is some controversy surrounding the memorials because the governor or mayor said that last year's 10th anniverary memorials were to be the last. But not everyone here in New York agrees.
States travelled in: New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York
Driven today: 440 km (275 mi)
Driven to date: 1551.6 km

Wouldn't it me nice if they signaled when they are changing lanes!!!
No "public displays of affection"? Like, handholding is forbidden?
