We are heading towards the Coral bay which is very popular to tourists.

We used to go a lot back then when I was a child, and I am sure the area will be very different from what I have in mind.

The last time I came to the coral bay was when I got engaged and my parents wanted to show Yianni the beauty of this place here. The huge hotel I now see on the hill was just a small tavern back then.  It is so big overlooking the whole bay and indeed I would love to have the chance one day to spend some time out here.

The village of Peyia is built on the slopes of the coastal hills inland from the coral bay about 12 kms from Paphos. The area is very popular to British ex-pats and is growing rapidly with holiday homes and apartments.  It has beautiful views and the beach here is wonderful.  It is the kind of beach I like, and has nothing to do with the beach at the other part of the city of Paphos in Polis.

We stop for a while just for photos, and then we take the road heading for the mountains again because it is already late and it's time to return home.

Angela is already home probably preparing tonight’s dinner, another favorite of mine….prawns!

Its such a beautiful beach but unfortunately I could not help looking at the prawns. They seem delicious.
