The Southern Coasts of Aegina

The small fishing village of Perdika is believed to be one of the most picturesque spots of the island.

There are a number of fishing restaurants in line one next to the other overlooking the beautiful harbour with the many charter yachts and fishing boats and opposite the islet of Moni.

On September 7 each year there is a festival in honour of the church of Agios Sozon.

I include mostly photos from the coastline of Marathonas to Eginitisa.

Not many comments, only the pictures can tell about the beauty of this place.

Hi Stewart and Derrick...Tell me. Have I ever taken you somewhere that is not beautiful?
The island of Aegina is so close to Athens....and it really beautiful....and very interesting. You are welcome to visit it.

Indeed a case of photos telling the story better than words.
