Where I stayed
This is the last morning out here and when I opened my eyes I remembered that I have no reason to have breakfast that early. The appointment I am supposed to have is for 11.30 am so I remain in bed.
The first quick look I have outside much later disappoints me.
"Oh my God….Not today!!
The sky is all cast with clouds and it is still quite dark.
I preferred it to be a nice and warm day instead.
I cannot return to bed after this so I decide to make myself a cup of coffee, fill the bathtub with water and bubbles and jump in the Jacuzzi. I don't remember for how long I am in the water but when I put my robe on and get to the window I see the same young guys I saw yesterday.
The sea is so calm…lull before the storm (?) who knows? It is so peaceful with the sun hiding well behind dark clouds.
It is a completely different scene today, different colours and feelings. I sit for minutes looking outside my window.
Deep inside I envy these guys …I don’t know for what reason. Probably because they are so fit, they are young and lively, and probably because I missed swimming that much. I remember myself 2 years back when I would get to the beach and swim for an hour even in December. I miss all that…
Finally, there was no rain at all. By the time I finished breakfast and was out waiting for the bus the sun was once again shining brightly high above....
In my next entry I am giving you a Tip of how to travel from Limassol to Nicosia with very little.

Comments
Most surfers are out most days, especially if they are good or just wanting to improve their skills
I dont think they mind what the weather is like (if its raining it doesnt make much differece to them)
I am sure you are right Derrick.....this is called passion also.
Improving their skills ...yes.
It would have to be a bit wilder to help them improve surfing skills, this is more suited to wandering the beaxch
It is as if they are sweeping a floor.
