We arrive at the Patong Resort
It is the 20th of August.
In reality there is not any programme to be followed and we are supposed to do whatever we please.
However there are some interesting excursions and of course we don't want to miss them.
Besides we are not tired, and we have not come here to stay indoors. Nice waters we have in Greece, so let’s go out and have some fun!
We get to the southern part of the Island and visit a Monkey training centre. We go up a hill where we have a beautiful view of Phuket, and end out in a factory selling pearls.
SAILING TOWARDS JAMES BOND ISLAND
We are sailing today! We are all very excited and anxious to see the place that has become so famous through the 1974 James Bond film called
"The Man With the Gold Finger"
The Island of Phang-nga, locally known as Ko Tapu or Nail Island in English.
Wonderful trip, but seemed a bit too far for me on our way back because we have some bad weather.
Black clouds are over us and it starts to rain while we are in this small long boat.
