THE HUMBLE PRIEST OF THE VILLAGE OF VASA

Father Nikolas, the priest of Vasa is a Charismatic person and I am really impressed with the way he talks, the way he confronts situations and how he comforts people. I was for more than two hours with him and his help was immense. He showed me around the different Chapels of the village, the Museum and the Caves. All this time his phone was ringing and he was there for everyone!

I had the opportunity to meet Father Nikola's wife(presvitera) who kindly welcomed me in her house. She offered me a cup of coffee after the visit we had to the Caves, and then we continued this mini tour to the chapels and the museum. I am not writing this because I have to write something but it honestly comes out of my heart

I am impressed with his kindness and this is evident on his face which is so equable. He is not only charismatic and devoted to his mission but I am sure he is the source of inspiration to others and the people of Vasa are lucky to have Father Nikolas in the village. I am truly thankful for all his help and inspiration, because he honestly inspired me.

I , too , have been inspired by the calm and wise contentment and joy of being that spiritual people have .
I am a Mahayana Tibetan Buddhist , but we except spirituality in all its forms from whatever faith or source .
People like Father Nikolas are an inspiration to us all .
Thank you , Popi for a lovely posting .
