Where I stayed
Cold again this morning must be the height that's giving it a chill. Straight out out of urbina on a good road. Traffic gradually petering out. It's very much like an alpine pass it's just one hairpin bend after another we reached the top after climbing steeply for five miles and were rewarded by a great descent into San giustono. Along the valley floor to citta di castello. Then a right over some mountain roads 12 miles of climbing and then a fast descent into cortona. Today was some of the best cycling of my whole trip. Staying in a converted monastary It's quite "Amazing" as one our party would say.
