(C) We had to make a stop in Oldenburg on our way across northern Germany. Found a few places and want to go back to find some more. Next trip will include Waddens, near Bremerhaven, where my great grandpa Diedrich Gerhard Luers was born - before they all ended up in Montana with all the other Germans.

(S) Ahhh...so much is explained about my travel partner in Oldenburg. Northern Germans seem to be a bit off...oh wait. My family is from further north...crap. Well, on to Hamburg.

Love the updates!
Hey you two! Love the updates...and the pictures of you with Karl. What a sight!

Counting the days until you all get home...and distribute what I know will be piles of presents for those of us stuck here stateside! Seriously -- the highlight of last week for me was telling Randall my office is bigger than his and listening to Barbara Boxer call Jim Inhofe a socialist. So, kind of the same as rolling through Paris.
