This beach town was like something out of a Hollywood movie. All sand streets, small bars, restaurants and shops with handmade items.  We wanted to find a taxi to drive us to the Fortaleza de Santa Teresa (about 10 miles away).The Fort was built by the Portuguese and captured by the Spanish, who finished it No taxi's in town, so we asked the police in town how to get to it.  The next day one of the officer's came by to drive us there for $20 with a stop at the Arboretum.
