"Punta del Este" is an upscale vacation spot on the southern tip of Uruguay. Although the town has a year round population of about 10,000 it experiences a tourist explosion each summer between Christmas and the end of January. It was very build-up with many five star hotels and great restaurants. I had sushi 35 pieces for $20 dollars! The water was very clear but to us it was somewhat cool. There is a car dealer that had this old car on the lot for show only, check out how small. They said is sits two!
