We all agree that we are 4 lucky "girls"...Life is good! and Charlestown is now on our list of favorite places to be. We would like to report that the weather is better....but after a bit of a tease yesterday...we had to bundle up again today. Another 2hour walking tour ..... relating to the civil war.....then we spent time touring more historic sites ......and afternoon cocktails......(by the way.....we noted lots of spelling errors in previous reports....and one must be remiinded that these blurbs are typed late at night ...when we are practically brain dead....on a computer that has a mind of it's own.....so no cracks about the spelling. It was voted (unanimously) to stay an extra day in Charlestown....and then off to Savannah on Saturday. Can you believe we have not even been tempted to play golf......what is wrong with us? Found the greatest hotel.....we are only paying $60 each per night....and it is terrific.....normally the rooms start at $300......but we talked them into charging us the convention price....cried on their shoulders....4 Ya Ya's on the road....blah blah blah......it worked! You guys should have seen Lynne put the guilt trip on the owner of the travel guide service yesterday....it was classic.....he ended up calling his wife to ask permission to personally give us the tour (apparently he was supposed to be somewhere with her)....your right Carrington....this trip could have been a reality show......Love the Ya Ya's p.s. photos to be posted later this evening.....

Girls: take pity on Margaret and Danny who have been trying to access the blog for a couple of weeks and are missing the fun. They were trying again today but if you give them a call it might cheer them up.
