Relaxed in the sun

Corfu is such a different Greek island the Venetian influence on the archtecure makes it good to just wander through the old town.It is still very hot so we spend most of the day swimming and exploring in the evening.
We found a great restaurant close to where we are staying.The lady there is a singer she has been to Melbourne to sing in the greek restaurants in Lonsdale street. The chef wasn't there so she prepared our meal .It was lovely Tess has a very generous serve of steak.It was a fun night.We enjoyed it so much we went back the next night and she just cooked for us what she recommended. As we were leaving she gave us one of her CD's .It is amazing the connectiions you make with people when you travel
The next day we travelled to a small island just across from Corfu .It was very quiet and pretty.We swam looking back to old fortress on Corfu. We enjoyed Corfu more than we thought we would.
The next day we started our road trip we found the boat called Kristi and travelled to Albania.
The boat Kristi was on skiis. Once she started she lifted up out of the water.she really flew,standing at the back of the boat we got wet from the spray as it was so powerful.
The water is great once you are swimming you can stay in the water without getting cold,even skinny boys.
