We flew Cairns to Ayers Rock yesterday and checked into an AC cabin in Ayers Rock Campground.  Last night we went to "Sounds of Silence" dinner out in the desert where we first viewed the Rock as the sun was setting.  Then had  an outdoor candlelight dinner  under a full moon while we were shown the constellations including the Southern Cross.  They also had telescopes up to look at the moons of Jupiter.   Happy Thnaksgiving to our Canadian family & friends.

Today we start out on a five-day camping safari.  More later.  Pictures yet to come.
