we arrived in Krems after passing Durnstein along the Danube. This was a great sailing day  as we got to see a number of castles and other buildings on the banks of the river. 

After docking we visited Durnstein at the same time a thunderstorm hit the little place. Too many tourists and not enough shelter - we ended up in an apricot liqueur and chocolate tasting place to get out of the rain (someone had to do it!!).

A nice little place - better seen from the river in a thunderstorm though!!
