This is just a quick one for you all... Basically me and Amy have decided to do a 100KM bike ride to Phuket... to raise money for charity.. So we need you all to sponsor us.. I've attached the information and the JPEGs of the advertising..
We want to raise about 700-800 GBP... there are about 100 of you on this list so its only 10 quid each.. :)

Good times in Thailand
Wow, loved reading your travel pod and makes me really jealous. Returned back from travels only 2 weeks ago and already experiencing itchy feet! Looks like you guys are doing fantastic work out there with the local communities, along with having great fun. Jamie & I came across 'JOB 2 DO' band whilst in thailand too, they've got quite a following. If you're in Koh Phangnan, head up to Had Yao (north west) where you'll find 'Freedom Bar', a reggae bar run by the nicest guys. It scarily resembles The Turks Head! (Ex Prairie House Boys send their love and always ask after you both).
Missing you lots, keep up the amazing work. Good luck with the bike ride, much braver than I!
