California Adventure Park today which is at the opposite end of Disney with more rides and fun for everyone. Maddy has been the bravest I've ever seen her being led by Kate on all the thrill rides and roller coasters. But, to my surprise, meek and mild Gracey is also right there by the big girls sides going on everything that goes upside down, inside out and every other which way. Poor Mary though did one roller coaster too many, the last one took a bit of a negative effect on her. Anyway, Greig's leg is recovering well from loosing all the skin off it when Mary was hanging on for life.
The food isn't all that great with the girls craving fruit and vegies. Greig however is revelling in the stuffed pretzels, smoked turkey legs, churos and any other bit of american junk food he can find while Gaelene isn't watching or in the queues for rides with the girls :-).
All the girls have new additions to their stuffed toy collections winning lots of Disney Characters with the carnival type games. should be interesting going through customs on the way home.
The evening saw the gang at Disney's World of Colour in California Adventure park. This is the most amazing lighting show where lasers, images and video are projected on to water fountains. Everyone really enjoyed the 30 minute show.
After all that we had a hungry tribe so it was off to Downtown Disney for some real Mexican food and a bit of a break for the elderly participants of the team.
After dinner the girls snuck into the Build-a-Bear Workshop to make their own custom designed Teddy's.
Everyone was safe and sound in bed by 2am. Wow time flew today
