We had a nice little country cruise around this little peninsula, well i say little it was about a 100km cruise but the sceanary was nice. The pace of the trip is winding down, atleast the past couple of days have been spent pretty much on the coach this whole time, which sucks the life out of me.  I really wish I had to the time here to go hike some of these hills, i bet the view from up top would be breathtaking.  The weather today was a bit cloudy but it was still good, cloud cover here changes fairly frequently so just wait a few minutes and it will be different.  We passed the highest point in ireland today, which if i remember was only about 3500 feet, not all that tall to be taking the highest point in the country slot.
Everything here is so sureal, its just like jumping into an HD tv thats playing planet earth most of the time, it really is very beautiful, almost as beautiful as my travel partner, lol jk she will get a kick outta that. I think she is the only person who hasnt read my blog so far, oh and by the way thanks guys for the 400 plus viewings so far of this blog.
You know they charge for grocery bags here, yea its crazy but it makes sense actually.  Just one of those things us americans are like, what, are you serious?? There are a crazy number of sheep here also, and i mean they are everywhere.  Our guide said that they are used more for their meat than their wool, I have yet to try it though.
I am going to try and post more pictures up here when I get back to the states, but in case I dont you guys should all have facebook, that way you will be able to see all the ones I post, and some from other people on tour that have pictures of me in them :), so all my family members whom I know dont have facebook need to open a new window, go to and sign up for a new account, it fast easy, and an excellent way to communicate with people.  Just a few more days left, its gonna be sad leaving but I think we are ready to go home, several pounds heavier than we arrived (luggage wise).  If I happened not to get you a gift I am sorry, but I am a poor cook who just took an expensive tour around a very expensive country.
So as im writing this ashely was trying to open the window and persisted to rip the curtains down from the window and I am rolling on the floor laughing at her right now, sigh, its the little things about a trip that make it worth taking. Ashley wants everyone to know that she has just finished the first Harry Potter book and is now offically hooked, let that be an example to everyone else. Read them, they are good!
Anyone wanting to contribute to the gabes travel adventure fund should contact a Mr. Ben Lacy in Richmond ky to make your donations, lol.
