So we get here in dublin from paris at around 430 local time, thats about 25 hours since our journey started.  We were excited as hell to be here at last at our destination only to find out that our luggage didnt make it with us, so with only our carry on bags we tried to make the most of what we had left of our day here in dublin.  What we have seen thus far has been impressive. Dublin is a fairly lage city, bigger than anything ky has seen by far.
So after some phone calls and such we were able to find out that our luggage never left JFK, so hopefully tomorrow we will be able to change into our own clothes. The airline did say they would reemburse us for things we needs so ashley and I went shopping in the city center of dublin. Apparently clothing sizes are no where near the same here as they are in the states and my balls are suffering the consequences of my ignorance.  Thankfully they said our bags will be here tomorrow morning and meet us at our next hotel, unfortunatly that means that my sperm count will be dropping by leaps and bounds until then, which its not like i will be using them soon guys because the sceanary here as far as ladies go has been very lacking to say the least.
When we were leaving the airport today the first actual interaction we had with a local was our cab driver to the hotel. We were pretty pissed about our bags not being here, (after 24 hrs you really need a shower and a change of clothes) but the guys accent was so thick me and ashley were pretty much just saying yeah and nodding our heads and laughing when it seemed appropriate...GOod stuff
we didnt really do much tonight except the shopping and having much needed showers. We decided to check out the bar in the hotel which was fairly interesting, especially the two locals that told us how much we needed to goto jamaca when we got back and how great the all inclusive stuff is, which honestly i am considering looking up when i get back. Its been fun seeing ash so excited her first time away from state side, every once in awhile i will catch her with this dear in headlights look.
Wifi isnt as available as i would have hoped here so i am having to pay for it so updates might be very sparse coming up.  Mom i love you and im here safe and having a good time, and Jackie have a happy happy wonderful birthday from me 4000 miles away. Ian I hope things are going good ;) and ben I hope your taking care of my car and not running the thing into the ground. Everyone facebook me and tell me any news thats giong on at the homestead.. Oh and janet, I really have only seen one red headed irish person since ive been here so im thinking gingers come from another planet.  Peace out guys!!
