I've already given out the first pony of the trip ---- to jane .... for insisting we be four hours early at the airport. They haven't even gassed the planes yet... the doors are locked and the cleaners haven't even arrived.... we'll just sit out front and wait for them to unlock the doors. But Jane is happy... she doesn't have to worry about being late!!! (PS - for some reason she now insists she hates me!).. ...

OMG! I didn't have a chance to have a close look/read of this blog entry earlier...I can't believe it! Priceless pic! Gerry, I think I'm starting to understand your comment about Gary/Gaz 'a.k.a. Thooor' and whatever 'porn-like' comments he was making on the trail. Funny how he neglected to tell me about his (in)famous porn star days. Nevermind what stories GC (gonorrhea) and Syphilis can tell us; I bet THE Stache' has lots of interesting tidbits to share. No wonder when G grew up he continues to 'groom lawns' on the side...he is always telling me he has to go 'do some lady's lawn' - lol.

Good point Mark...in Toronto we see this other side of G; captain, Dad and all, so I sometimes forget just how immature he really is - lol. Nah, if anyone knows Gary, he's a kid at heart, quick with a joke, a prank, merciless teasing, but fun & laughter always! Now I am reminded of why we tolerate his shinanigans. xx, k

Hey Mark, yes, I heard how well you hit it off with Gary when you met back in Sept. '09. It must be what you say...like attracts like, so birds of a feather do flock together and although I haven't met any of you, I feel like we all have the same distorted sense of humour and view of life...lol. At least we are positive folks who love an adventure and then some, and are laughing always! I might add wit, intelligence and charm naturally fit into the core make-up of this flock. he-he
