Where I stayed
Yosemite national park
Arrived in Yosemite in the afternoon to find the campground totally booked out, not surprising as every advise we had warned that you need to book months in advance.
Still we found a little out of the way parking spot, and settled in for dinner after a bit of cruising around this outstandingly beautiful place.
After dusk some spotlighting found Deer, grey foxes, hopping mice, lizards and frogs abound, incredible to see all of this wildlife just around the corner from hundreds of people.
Ominously, the unofficial out of the way place we chose to camp for the night was occupied by just one other thing, a bear trap.
