Amazing to be in the snow before lunch when just a few hours ago we were sweating it out in the deserts of death valley.
We were aiming to stay in Yosemite national park tonight, but the east entrance pass is still covered with six feet of snow, so tomorrow it's an extra 300miles to go around to the western entrance.
Lake June is very beautiful, from some vantage points you could be forgiven for thinking that you are in Austria or Switzerland! Speaking of Austria, we just me some Austrians who are just back from traveling in Australia last month.
