This is the Old Building=)
I went out from that office, then I saw one of the city hall employee. He was nice and he gave me instruction if where NSO is. Only to find out that it was located at the Old Building. It takes 3minutes walk from the new building to old building. When I reached NSO outlet, I filled up forms and I paid for certain amount.From the receipt, you'll see there what time it'll be released. Only after 30 minutes you'll get you NSO copy. Unlike other NSO Branches, you'll get yours after 2 or 3 working days!
I still have 30 minutes before my copies be released, the only way to kill my time is to look around the city hall. Then I saw a great place to have breakfast.. wow!! amazing place.. near that city hall there was a small place with food stands. I took my breakfast with my all time favorite pancit with coke.. I choose GEMMA CHUA canteen, sounds good and no doubt it's my name lol...
After few minutes I went back to old building to get my NSO Copy, wow! I already had it.. TOO FAST..
