Not too much to say about today. We chilled out and relaxed our tired muscles. Pasto didn't have much to interest or charm us; it’s a fairly big city, no real tourist attractions as such. We spent some time in the afternoon watching bull fighting on the TV. It was a based in Ecuador and showed one fight after the next all afternoon. We had been considering going to see it when we get to Ecuador, if the opportunity arose. However, after watching it for a couple of fights, we were quite satisfied. Each fight seemed to have the same format with lots of it being the matador showing off and basically I just felt sorry for the bull. Other than that we had a relaxing Sunday, like we might in the normal world, all finished off with a Chinese take-away and a beer in front of the hotel room TV.

You're right about the bullfighting. I went to see Bullfighting in the famous Plaza de Toros in Madrid back in the early 80's [I don't know why I had to mention how long ago it was... makes me feel old now :o( ] & I could barely watch after the first bull was dragged unceremoniously out of the arena. It's a horrible spectacle & one which you're best to avoid if you're squeemish.
Glad to see you're both still enjoying yourselves. Keep safe.
xx
Looks like a neat city! After all the hills I thought maybe you would rest more than day!
