Ah, another leg on the Australian adventure and this is the one that Gem has been looking forward to the most, even since before she left England.......AUSTRALIA ZOO!!!! We got to Noosa on the friday night and had a few beers whilst watching the MTV music awards, it's all very hard this travelling business you know! Then the next day was saturday and that meant we could go to the zoo-yeah!! We got a free bus transfer out to Beerwah at 8.30am, and had a wicked day. We saw a giant tortoise who was 175 and had originally been Charles Darwin's pet!! We also saw the main stars of the Crocodile Hunter diaries-Agro and Acco, they are officially enormous, and really rather scary!! We saw our first Kangaroos and i got to bottle feed a baby sheep-he was lovely!! Basically just spent the day checking out the Australian wildlife-there were koalas, wild lizards, tigers(not australian i know!), dingoes, snakes and Wombats!! You may have noticed that we have been avoiding the one question that is on everyone's lips-did we see Steve Irwin................damn right we did!! His security guards even had to move us aside because we got too close to him!! He was really sweaty after wrestling some crocs, and i thought he looked abit like shane warne-but james wasn't so sure, so we took a sneaky picture and legged it before they could catch us!!! But as eveyone knows, every silver lining has a cloud and when we got back to the resort we realised that some of our stuff had been stolen the night before-while we were asleep. Luckily the littl b*stards only got away with My ipod, james camera and our new portable DVD player so it can all be replaced, just a bit of a pain in the bum!! But anyway, we managed to sort it and then we set off to visit the fantastic Auntie Margaret!

Not too much snow in Canada - yet
Hi Guys: You may want to check out a few weather sites before making your Canada skiing plans. There is more snow in England at this time than here!!! The Rockies aren't looking too bad, but much of BC is just rain, rain and more rain. Things can change, but just wanted you to know that you may have to make a few changes to your plans. Love to all.
